One of our upstream providers has notified us of planned network equipment software upgrades on the 25th of October starting at 21:00 and lasting until 26/10/23 1:00am.
These works will likely restrict access to Triarom's services over this period, it's likely access to the services will be intermittent as the provider works through the equipment in their network stack.
We'll update this maintenance post if we receive and updates from the provider.
This work will not directly effect access networks, but will reduce our monitoring and remote control visibility for the maintenance window, which may make it harder for us to respond to on-site outages.
